International Yoga Day is celebrated every year on 21st June to spread awareness about English Nibandh the benefits of yoga. Yoga is an ancient practice that originated in India and focuses on the balance between body, mind, and spirit.

The idea of International Yoga Day was proposed by the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, during his speech at the United Nations General Assembly on 11th December 2014. The proposal was accepted by 177 Hindi Nibandh countries, and the first International Yoga Day was celebrated on 21st June 2015.

The word ‘Yoga’ is derived from the Sanskrit word "Yuj", meaning to join or to unite. Yoga unites the body, mind, and soul. It includes physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation.

On this day, people across Marathi Nibandh the world participate in mass yoga sessions. Schools, colleges, government institutions, and yoga organizations organize special events. The day is marked by speeches, demonstrations, and online or offline yoga training.

International Yoga Day is not just a celebration but a reminder of the importance of staying healthy in both body and mind. Yoga is a powerful tool to live a balanced, peaceful, and harmonious life. Let us all include yoga in our daily routine and spread its benefits worldwide.
